Robert and Zach exhibited remarkable professionalism and dedication throughout the entire project. They worked closely with us to ensure our vision was realized with precision and care. Top-Notch Robert and Zack of ZHR are terrific to work with! From our first meeting through the end, it was obvious that they care about your project and want you to be happy. Anyone who's done a construction project knows that there are always cost overruns and time delays. Not so with ZHR, the estimated time for completion was accurate and the cost quoted did not change. Even their estimates for the items we were responsible for purchasing were spot-on. We were so pleased with their work mid-stream that we had them do a second project. Zack and Robert not only exceeded our vision but did so with impeccable customer service, top notch quality, a very competitive cost and a personal touch that we have never experienced with other contractors. After the very first meeting, they both treated us as if we were family - addressing all challenges in a smooth and calm manner that took the edge off the natural stressors that come with an extensive remodel of a kitchen. We worked closely with Robert & Zach who treated us like family, with warmth and kindness. This was our first remodel and the before & after is a sea change. Our dated condo was in desperate need of an update from the original 1981 tiles and cheap additions put in by previous owners thereafter. The result is truly inspiring. Even the simple things- doors that fit the frame perfectly and open & close smoothly, bathroom fans that are quiet- were probably the most transformative of all. With the new fixtures & styles, we absolutely love our improved home! I have a true appreciation of the extra efforts that Robert, Zach & their team took to make sure we were happy with the final results. In the remodel world, as I’ve grown to understand through friends and families in the industry, every home is different and poses unique challenges. Our unit, with its odd slanted walls & small bathrooms, took a lot of problem solving. They made it seem effortless, and I appreciate their hard work. We were on a small budget and they helped us figure out what was possible. They have much bigger projects than our’s, but I never felt like we were lower on their priority list. They were very responsive via text and their teams gave us amazing results. The quality of their work is exceptional and there is great attention to detail. Thank you Sky Builders!!!Verified We just wrapped up a major remodeling project with Sky Builders - a complete remodel of our kitchen, both bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, and a few other smaller projects that weren't part of the original plan but we ended up adding on at the end because we trusted them to get the jobs done for us quickly and well. We're very happy with the process and thrilled with the results. Robert and Zach worked very hard to get our business and just as hard to make sure we were happy throughout the work and with the final result. I think their biggest selling points are their excellent communication and their organization. From the moment we signed the contract and they set up a group chat, we were in regular communication - often daily depending on where we were at with the work. We always felt like we knew what was going on what we could expect next. They were easy to reach, very responsive to any message or question, and were regularly on site to check on work and keep us up to date. I know they had other larger projects on the go but they always made us feel like our project was a priority. They have a great team (Carlos - such a nice guy!) and the place was always cleaned up at the end of the day.
